Lime Connect is leading the way as the premier resource for top talent in the disability space by attracting, preparing and connecting highly accomplished individuals with disabilities for careers with the world's leading corporations.

Lime Connect's goal is to break stereotypes and lead all companies to realize the importance, and value, of employing people with disabilities at every level of education, talent and ability.

How Lime Connect will use proceeds from Equity Through Education

Funds will be used for the newly created BMO Capital Markets Lime Connect Equity Through Education Scholarship for Students with Disabilities.

Background

Lime Connect represents a fresh approach in the disability talent space by putting talent first - attracting high-potential candidates who have historically run from other disability organizations and connecting the supply and demand of talent our partners want to see. Lime Connect was founded by Bank of America Merrill Lynch and PepsiCo, joined by Google, Target and Goldman Sachs. Following a series of successful pilot events, Lime Connect Canada was founded in May of 2009, and partners include BMO, IBM Canada, RBC and TD. Bank of America, Google and PepsiCo's partnerships provide them with access to the Canada talent pool as well.

The Lime Connect Fellowship Program

Lime's premier, targeted program in the U.S. designed for high-potential current sophomores/rising juniors who happen to have disabilities at leading universities across the country.

Lime Connect Canada Corporate Recruitment Events

These events target current students, and alumni, with disabilities for internship, summer, co-op and full time positions.

Lime Connect Scholarship Programs

Co-branded scholarships provided by Lime's corporate partners support the studies of students with disabilities and often include an internship.

The Lime Network

This network is a broader virtual program that prepares and connects students, and alumni, with disabilities for career success regardless of their geographic location.
