Paul was appointed Executive Managing Director & Head of Credit Investment Management, Securitization and Asset Portfolio Management in September 2008. Paul joined BMO Capital Markets as Managing Director & Head of Credit Investment Management in 1997. Prior to that, he held increasingly responsible positions in the U.S. and the U.K., including Global Head of Asset Backed Securities at Moody’s.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and Master of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and an LLB from McGill University.
