David C. Ferguson, FCA
Executive Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, BMO Capital Markets
David joined BMO Financial Group after a 25 year career at KPMG, where as a member of the firm’s Financial Institutions line of business unit, he led the national broker/dealer practice. He also has experience as an investment banker with a predecessor firm of BMO Capital Markets.
Born in Montreal, David holds an MBA from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, and a Chartered Accountant designation.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and BMO Nesbitt Burns Ltée.
