Jeff is Managing Director and Head of BMO Capital Markets' Diversified Industries and Forest Products groups. In addition to industrial, consumer and forest products, he spends considerable time focusing on private equity sponsors in Canada and has coordinated numerous M&A mandates and financings for an array of companies in both the public and private sectors. Jeff assumed responsibility for the Forest Products Group in 1998, after working with the M&A group at Burns Fry for seven years. Jeff joined Burns Fry, a predecessor firm to BMO Capital Markets, in 1991. Jamie is a Managing Director with the BMO Capital Markets Diversified Industries Group. As a senior relationship manager, he works with some of Canada’s largest retailers including George Weston, Shoppers Drug Mart, Hudson’s Bay Company and Sears Canada. Specifically, Jamie advised George Weston in the monetization of CAD 465 million of Loblaw Company shares and advised Hudson’s Bay Company with respect to the unsolicited bid by Jerry Zucker. Previously Jamie had coverage responsibility for the firm’s real estate clients leading the team that lead the IPO of Northern Properties REIT, Realfund in its acquisition by RioCan and Summit REIT in its acquisition of Avista REIT. Jamie also headed the teams involved in the CAD 2.3 billion sale of Cadillac Fairview to Ontario Teachers, and the sales of the TELUS real estate portfolio, First Canadian Place and First Canadian Centre. He joined BMO Capital Markets in 1985. Stephen is a Managing Director in the BMO Capital Markets Diversified Industries Group. Stephen advises companies in a variety of industries on financings and mergers and acquisitions, including the automotive sector and the aerospace sector. Since joining BMO Capital Markets, Stephen has led bookrunner teams for several IPOs and follow-on offerings, including Arriscraft International Income Fund, Armtec Infrastructure Income Fund, Clearwater Seafoods Income Fund, Intier Automotive Inc., Associated Brands Income Fund, Specialty Foods Income Fund and CML Healthcare Income Fund. Stephen has also been a key team member involved with Canada’s automotive sector, including Magna International, Decoma International, Tesma International, Wescast and Linamar, as well as Livingston International Income Fund, Menu Foods Income Fund and Heating Oil Income Fund. Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets, Stephen spent nine years with N.M. Rothschild & Son Canada Limited where he specialized in advising companies and governments on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and privatizations. Stephen joined BMO Capital Markets in 2000. Brad is a Director in the BMO Capital Markets Diversified Industries Group, where he has significant experience advising companies on a wide array of M&A, equity and debt transactions in Canada, U.S., Europe and Asia. Brad worked at BMO Capital Markets from 1996 to 1998, then joined Citigroup’s investment banking department in London UK and Toronto, covering companies in the natural resource and industrial sectors. He rejoined BMO Capital Markets in 2005. Glenn is a Director in the BMO Capital Markets Diversified Industries Group. To date, Glenn has been involved in a number assignments in several different industries, including auto parts, trucking and transportation, healthcare, industrials and consumer products. He has worked on IPOs, follow-on offerings, defense mandates, buy-side mandates and debt transactions. Glenn has also spent a year in the United Kingdom advising clients on mergers and acquisitions from our London office and a year in the mergers and acquisitions team in Toronto. Glenn joined BMO Capital Markets in 2000. Craig is a Vice-President in BMO Capital Markets Diversified Industries Group. Craig has been involved with a wide range of financing, advisory and M&A mandates including the IPO of Keystone North America, an equity follow-on offering of Gerdau Ameristeel, the sale of Seaforth Creamery to the ED Smith Income Fund, the IPO of the Altus Group Income Fund and EdgeStone Capital Partners acquisition of the Custom Direct Income Fund. Prior to joining BMO, he spent several years in private equity investments in Western Canada. Andre is a Vice President in the BMO Capital Markets Diversified Industries Group, where he has been involved in assignments that include the initial public offering (IPO) and follow-on acquisition financing for E.D. Smith Income Fund, the IPO of SIR Royalty Income Fund, and the conversion into an income fund and secondary offering of CML Healthcare. Andre previously worked in the mergers and acquisitions team of BMO Capital Markets as well as with BMO Capital Markets’ private equity group. He joined the Diversified Industries group in 2003. |
