Grant Williams, CFA

Grant is a Managing Director in the BMO Capital Markets Debt Products Group. He is responsible for a number of senior government and corporate debt relationships. In the government sector, Grant works with a variety of federal crown, provincial and municipal issuers, originating transactions for both the institutional and retail markets. Grant also works with a number of corporate issuers, focusing on infrastructure and utilities. Prior to joining the Debt Products Group, Grant worked in foreign exchange, money markets and fixed income sales at BMO Capital Markets.

Grant has an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and is a CFA Charterholder.

Andrew Hainsworth

Andrew is a Director in the BMO Capital Markets Government Group. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was Manager, Funding of the Ontario Financing Authority for 12 years. In this capacity he evaluated, priced, and issued over CAD 15 billion annually in long-term financing for the Province and managed Ontario's debt underwriting syndicates. His role also included the provision of financial advice to public sector entities such as crown corporations and school boards. Andrew worked on the restructuring of Ontario Hydro and the creation of its successor entities, and was actively involved in Ontario's investor relations program. Prior to this, he spent over five years in capital markets and corporate finance in London with a Canadian investment bank.

Andrew holds a Master of Philosophy degree in International Relations from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto. In addition, he holds a Diplôme d'études politiques from the Université de Strasbourg. Andrew is a CFA Charterholder.
