Susan Wolford

Susan is Managing Director and Group Head of the BMO Capital Markets Business Services & Media Group. Susan has been an investment banker for over 20 years, leading a wide variety of financing and merger and acquisition transactions across many industry groups. Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets in 2001, Susan worked at First Union where she co-headed its Educational Services Group. Previous to First Union, Susan spent 11 years in the Investment Banking Department of Kidder, Peabody where she was a Senior Vice President and Partner in the Media and Entertainment Group.

Susan has a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University where she was named an International Fellow, and a Bachelor of Arts with distinction from Villanova University. She has served on numerous boards and advisory councils of educational institutions and currently is a member of the Dean's Advisory Council of Villanova School of Business and the Investment Committee of the The Pennington School.

Adele Morrissette

Adele is a Managing Director in the BMO Capital Markets Business Services Group. She concentrates on expanding coverage of the marketing services industry, with a special focus on interactive and digital marketing services, advertising and analytics. Adele has more than 15 years of investment banking experience and most recently founded and ran her own boutique investment banking firm, North Haven Partners. Previously, Adele was a partner and Managing Director at Cowen and Company, focused on the media and digital media industries. Adele also worked in M&A for Bankers Trust Co. and in the investment banking group at L.F. Rothschild, Unterberg, Towbin. She joined BMO Capital Markets in 2007.

Adele has an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College where she has been a member of the Dean's MBA Advisory Board. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from Wellesley College with honors as a Wellesley Scholar.

Peter Stack

Pete is a Managing Director in the BMO Capital Markets Business Services Group. He is responsible for investment banking coverage in the marketing and tech-enabled business services sectors and has 10 years of experience in corporate and investment banking. Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets, Pete was Vice President at Bank of America where he was responsible for client coverage. Previous to working at Bank of America, Pete was responsible for client coverage at PNC Capital Markets. Pete joined BMO Capital Markets in 2002.

Pete has an MBA in International Finance from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan. Peter is also a CFA Charterholder and a member of the Investment Analysts Society of Chicago.

Thomas Devitt

Tom is a Director in the BMO Capital Markets Business Services Group, with a focus on human capital and education industries. Tom has spent a total of nine years in the investment banking business focusing primarily on business services companies. He has varied transaction experience including public and private equity and debt offerings, M&A, consolidations and restructurings. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Vice President in the corporate finance department at First Union Securities focusing on business services companies. Tom joined BMO Capital Markets in 2001.

Tom received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Marquette University.

Robert Berstein

Bob is a Vice President in the BMO Capital Markets Business Services Group, with a focus on marketing, education and human capital industries. He has more than ten years of investment banking and venture capital experience, including public and private financings and M&A across many sectors. Prior to joining BMO, Bob was a Vice President at Needham and Company focusing on technology-enabled services. He was a Vice President at Advanta Partners LP, Advanta Corporation’s private equity affiliate focusing on business services. Bob also worked in the investment banking divisions at Jefferies and Merrill Lynch.

Bob has an A.B. in Classics from Cornell University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He currently serves on the Cornell University Council.
