Shahrokh Z. Shah

Shahrokh is a Managing Director in the BMO Capital Markets Engineering & Construction and Forest Products Groups. He is responsible for leading a group dedicated to the marketing of advisory and financial services to U.S.-based companies across all segments of the engineering, construction and forest products industries. Previously, Shahrokh was involved in the structuring and arranging of project finance transactions and mergers and acquisitions for BMO's Global Project Finance Group. Those transactions involved companies across a variety of industries, including pipelines, oil & gas, mining and power. Prior to joining BMO, Shahrokh spent four years with Exxon in the project engineering and business analysis areas. He joined BMO Capital Markets in 1986.

Shahrokh has an MBA from Queen's University and a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Toronto. He is also a registered Professional Engineer.

Edward J. Klinger

Ed is a Vice President in the BMO Capital Markets Engineering & Construction Group. Ed has worked extensively with numerous mid-sized private, closely-held and public companies throughout the greater Midwest. For the past seven years he has been responsible for developing a full range of corporate banking, investment banking and strategic advisory services to companies ranging in sales from USD 50MM to over USD 1 billion in sales. Ed joined BMO Capital Markets in 1987.

Ed has an MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Marketing from Marquette University.

Jennifer Slabas

Jennifer is a Vice President in the BMO Capital Markets Engineering and Construction group where she focuses on investment banking activities including mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity capital markets activities. Prior to joining the group, Jennifer spent three years in the Commercial & Industrial Group where she was engaged in a range of investment banking, debt transactions and portfolio management. Jennifer joined BMO Capital Markets in 2000 as an analyst in the Investment Banking Group, engaged primarily in mergers & acquisitions, valuations and general corporate finance, in both the firm’s Chicago and London, England offices. She has worked with mid and large cap companies in a variety of industries.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with distinction and honors from The Henry B. Tippie College of Business at The University of Iowa.
