Mark Piekos

Mark is a Managing Director in the BMO Capital Markets Loan Products group and has been an employee of the organization since 1993. In his current capacity, he leads the group that manages the credit underwriting, approval and monitoring of the loan product extended to clients of the US Investment and Corporate Banking Group in the Industrials, Food & Consumer, Business Services & Media and Healthcare sectors. Previous groups in which Mark has worked include Leveraged Finance and Financial Sponsors, as well as serving as the loan product team leader across a number of BMO Capital Market’s sectors. Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets, Mark was an associate with the management consulting firm, Booz-Allen & Hamilton.

Mark has an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a BS from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.

Phil Langheim

Phil is a Managing Director in the BMO Capital Markets Diversified Loan Products group. He focuses on managing the credit underwriting and approval for BMO’s portfolio of risk exposure to North American Food, Consumer and Retail companies including sectors for protein, fertilizer and commodities, diversified food, consumer products, retail and distribution. He joined BMO in 2000 as a Relationship Manager in the Food Group. Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets, Phil was a Vice President responsible for relationship management and business development at BNP Paribas. Phil began his career as a Branch Manager with Farm Credit Services managing a portfolio of agriculture producers and processors in Northern Illinois.

Phil earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness from Illinois State University.
