Dave is the Head of BMO Capital Markets U.S. Securitization group, where he has originated and/or structured over USD 10 billion in asset-backed programs. He has experience across a large range of assets types, including mortgage finance, consumer finance, commercial finance, future flow assets and cashflow and synthetic CDOs. Dave has experience in senior, mezzanine and principal finance, with a particular focus on middle market clients and emerging asset types. Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets, Dave spent eight years at The First National Bank of Chicago, where he was a member of First Chicago's Corporate Finance and Capital Markets Groups. From 1989 to 1992, he was an originator/structuror in First Chicago's Asset Backed Markets Division, and was responsible for marketing, structuring and negotiating U.S. and international securitization programs. He joined the BMO Capital Markets U.S. Securitization group in 1992.
Dave holds a Master's of Management degree from Northwestern's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Marquette University. He has also completed the Executive Management Program at the University of California - Berkeley.
