David M. Thompson

David Thompson is Managing Director and Head of Municipal Bonds & Sales of the BMO Capital Markets Fixed Income Group. He is a founding Principal of Chicago-based Griffin, Kubik, Stephens & Thompson, Inc. (GKST) which was acquired by BMO Capital Markets in 2008. David began his investment banking career at GKST in 1968 following service with the Marine Corps in Vietnam. He has focused on institutional investor needs, with special emphasis on financial institutions and is an active member of the sales force. Mr. Thompson has served as Chairman of the Bond Market Association's Municipal Division and was Co-Chairman of the Bond Market Association's Political Action Committee, and a long-time member of the Chicago Municipal Bond Club.

Mary Lee Corrigan

Mary Lee Corrigan is Managing Director and Head of Operations of the BMO Capital Markets Fixed Income Group. She began her investment banking career in 1978 with Bonniwell & Co., Inc., a Chicago-based municipal financial specialist, where she was Vice President and Controller. Ms. Corrigan joined Griffin, Kubik, Stephens & Thompson, Inc. in 1984 until it was acquired by BMO Capital Markets in 2008. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Fixed Income Group. In addition, she oversees the legal, regulatory and municipal research areas. Mary Lee is a former member of the NASD District Business Conduct Committee, the Bond Market Association G-37 Task Force and has been actively involved with the industry's secondary market disclosure program. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of St. Catherine's and received her MBA from the University of Chicago.

Gary W. Griffin

Gary W. Griffin is Managing Director and Head of Trading & Underwriting of the BMO Capital Markets Fixed Income Group He is a founding Principal of Chicago-based Griffin, Kubik, Stephens & Thompson, Inc. (GKST) which was acquired by BMO Capital Markets in 2008. Gary began his career in 1967 after completing his education at Wheaton College and serving two years in the U.S. Army. He actively oversees the firm's inventory in both the new issue and secondary markets. He is a former member of the NASD District Business Conduct Committee, an active member of the Bond Market Association and serves as a Trustee of Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois

James L. Kubik

James L. Kubik is Managing Director and Head of Public Finance of the BMO Capital Markets Fixed Income Group. He is a founding Principal of Chicago-based Griffin, Kubik, Stephens & Thompson, Inc. (GKST) which was acquired by BMO Capital Markets in 2008. Jim received his degree from Northern Illinois University and began his career in investment banking in 1971. For over 30 years, he has specialized in the formulation and implementation of investment strategies for financial institutions. He bears overall responsibility for Public Finance activities. His extensive experience has also encompassed primary market underwriting and secondary market trading. He has also served for many years on the Northern Illinois University Foundation Board where he has served as an integral part of the Investment Committee.

Bill M. LaPrise

Bill LaPrise is Managing Director of Sales Development for the BMO Capital Markets Fixed Income Group. He was formerly Senior Vice President of Chicago-based Griffin, Kubik, Stephens & Thompson, Inc. (GKST) which was acquired by BMO Capital Markets in 2008. Bill began his investment banking career at GKST in 1999 following 12 years Active Duty as a U.S. Navy Submarine Officer. He is an active member and manager of the sales force and directs the firm’s Strategic Analytics Group. Mr. LaPrise is a 1984 graduate of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, serves on the Board of Covenant Reformed Church of Elk Grove, and is a Commander (Ret.), U.S. Naval Reserve.
