Colleen is an Executive Managing Director of BMO Capital Markets and head of the Canadian Debt Capital Markets Group. She is also a member of the IBG management committee and the Canadian Investment and Corporate Banking management committee. Colleen has spent over 25 years in the investment banking field, the past 10 years with BMO Capital Markets, principally in advising corporations on structuring and issuance of debt securities. She has played a key role in the development of the market for infrastructure bond financing in Canada. Colleen has been team leader for the two largest infrastructure financings in Canada: the $7 billion Greater Toronto Airports Authority and the $4 billion 407 ETR programs. Jim is a Managing Director in the Debt Products Group, where he is the Head of Syndication. Jim is primarily responsible for providing the interface between the sales and trading functions and those of origination. He has over twenty years of experience in the debt capital markets area, with most of it spent in the provision of fixed income trading and sales services. Jim joined BMO Capital Markets in 1999. Peter is a Managing Director in the BMO Capital Markets Debt Products Group. He is responsible for providing specialist coverage to multinational and financial services clients on fixed income products across the yield curve, from one day to 30 years. He has over 35 years of experience in a variety of financing disciplines in Canadian capital markets. Grant is a Managing Director in the BMO Capital Markets Debt Products Group. He is responsible for a number of senior government and corporate debt relationships. In the government sector, Grant works with a variety of federal crown, provincial and municipal issuers, originating transactions for both the institutional and retail markets. Grant also works with a number of corporate issuers, focusing on infrastructure and utilities. Prior to joining the Debt Products Group, Grant worked in foreign exchange, money markets and fixed income sales at BMO Capital Markets. Neil is a Director in BMO Capital Markets' Debt Products Group, where he focuses on the origination, structuring and distribution of corporate debt in the Canadian public debt market. He is responsible for coverage activities in a number of sectors, including natural resources, infrastructure, retail and telecommunications. Previously, Neil worked in the Project Finance and Loan Products Group at BMO Capital Markets, where he was involved in debt transactions in a wide variety of industries including industrial, telecommunication, retail and power and utility sectors. He joined BMO in 1996. Susan is a Vice President in the Debt Syndication Group responsible for the execution and origination of debt deals. One of her key roles is to provide the interface between the sales & trading and origination functions. Prior to joining Debt Syndication, Susan traded corporate bonds for the firm for approximately 4 years. She joined the Bank in 1999 in the Financial Strategy Group, where she was responsible for Capital Management and Mergers & Acquisitions. Jim is a Executive Managing Director and Group Head of the BMO Capital Markets U.S. Debt Products Group, where he manages a group of professionals focused on high yield finance, private placements, sponsor coverage and financial restructuring. He is based in New York and has completed approximately 275 financing transactions, involving over USD 77 billion during his career. Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets, Jim was a Managing Director at CIBC World Markets where he focused on leveraged financings for clients in the U.S. and Canada. He was also a Managing Director and Head of PaineWebber's Leveraged Transactions Group including High Yield Banking, Capital Markets, Private Placements, Sponsor Coverage and Restructuring and Co-Head of the firm's High Yield Sales, Trading and Research Department. Prior to joining PaineWebber, Jim was a Managing Director, Founder and Co-Head of Kidder Peabody's High Yield Capital Markets Group, head of the firm's LBO Group and was a senior member of Kidder's Restructuring Department. Jim began his career in high yield and buyout transactions at Drexel Burnham Lambert, where he was a Senior Vice President in the High Yield Structuring and Special Situations Group based in Beverly Hills. Jim joined BMO Capital Markets in 2001. Jed is a Managing Director in the BMO Capital Markets Financial Sponsors Group. Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets, he was a Managing Director covering financial sponsors in the Leveraged Finance Group at CIBC World Markets. Before that, Jed was with FleetBoston Financial where he was a Managing Director and Head of Acquisition Finance. He also spent seven years with UBS Capital, the merchant banking subsidiary of UBS Warburg, where he was Managing Director and Founding Partner. Jed has also worked at Bear Stearns in its Corporate Finance Group. Tom is a Managing Director in the BMO Capital Markets U.S. Media, Communications & Technology Group and heads the Group's sponsor coverage business. Previously, he was a Managing Director and head of Telecom Leveraged Finance at Merrill Lynch & Co. There, he raised in excess of USD 11 billion in capital for the communications industry, including the wireless, data services, metro and long-haul wireline sectors. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Tom was Co-Head of Deutsche Bank's global high-yield origination efforts. He also spent 10 years at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in a variety of capital markets positions. Tom has originated and executed a wide range of financing transactions, including high-yield, mezzanine, syndicated loan and equity hybrid transactions for the media and communications sector, as well as other industries. He joined BMO Capital Markets in 2002. James joined BMO Capital Markets in 2001 to focus on providing private placement, investment grade, high yield and other investment banking services to the Firm’s clients. More recently, he has focused his activities on originating and structuring leveraged financings for the Firm’s clients. Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets, James was a member of PaineWebber Incorporated’s Investment Banking Division for the prior 13 years. From 1992 to 2001, James had been a calling officer providing financial advisory and capital raising services to clients within the consumer products industry. James has advised clients in all facets of investment banking including acquisitions, divestitures, public and private equity, high yield and other debt financings. From 1987 to 1992, James was an integral member of PaineWebber’s Private Placement Group and High Yield Group. Prior to joining PaineWebber, James was a Chemical Engineer in PPG Industries’ Coatings and Resin Division. Louis Klevan is a Managing Director in the BMO Capital Markets Debt Products Group. Louis joined the New York office in 2002 as Director of Private Placements. He has 25 years of experience in structuring and marketing private placement transactions, including subordinated debt with warrants and preferred stock with warrants, convertible debt and convertible preferred stock across all industries. He has been instrumental in raising capital for growth, acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts and highly structured transactions. Prior to joining us, he had been a senior executive in the Private Placement Group of Credit Suisse First Boston and its predecessor organization, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, since 1996. Previously, Louis held senior management positions in the Private Placement Group of Bank of America and its predecessor organization, Security Pacific National Bank. During the 1980s, Louis worked at PaineWebber in its Capital Markets and Private Placement Groups. He began his career at Chemical Bank. Dirk is a Managing Director in the BMO Capital Markets Debt Product Group, in New York. He is responsible for providing leveraged finance solutions to growth companies, financial sponsors and their portfolio companies, and companies undergoing transition. Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets, Dirk spent eight years with Goldman Sachs in its Leveraged Finance Group. This included two years in London, leading the group’s efforts with financial sponsors. Prior to that, he spent five years with Kidder, Peabody in its High Yield Capital Markets, Leveraged Companies, and Mergers and Acquisitions Groups. Dirk also spent five years with several other firms focusing on middle-market leveraged buyouts, financial restructurings, and general investment banking activities. Ms. Lauterjung is a Director in the BMO Capital Markets Debt Capital Markets Group. She joined BMO Capital Markets in 1998 and has a breadth of capital raising and structuring experience across the core credit products (e.g. bank loans, bridge loans, high yield debt, mezzanine debt, private equity). Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets, she was a Relationship Manager with ABN AMRO and LaSalle Bank with a focus on middle-market lending. |
