Donald J. Busé

Don is a Managing Director in the BMO Capital Markets Mezzanine Debt group. Previously, he was a Managing Director in the firm's Leveraged Finance group, where he was responsible for structuring and distributing loans for BMO Capital Markets. He has also served as a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsors group, initiating and executing capital raising assignments for middle market private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.

Don has an MBA in finance and a Bachelor of Science in business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Douglas P. Sutton

Doug is a Managing Director in the BMO Mezzanine Fund. The group makes and holds subordinated debt investments of USD 4 million to USD 15 million. The BMO Mezzanine Fund will also underwrite and distribute subordinated debt in larger transactions. The investments are primarily used in support of middle market leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, recapitalizations and growth financings. Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets, Doug was responsible for Banc One Mezzanine Corporation in Chicago. At American National Bank, he progressed through the positions of Managing Director of M&A, Senior Vice President and Manager of the Capital Markets Group, and Vice President and Division Head, Commercial Banking.

Doug has a Masters of Management degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree from Duke University.

Charles Sheridan

Charlie is a Vice President in the BMO Mezzanine Fund. The group makes and holds subordinated debt investments of USD 4 million to USD 15 million. The BMO Mezzanine Fund will also underwrite and distribute subordinated debt in larger transactions. The investments are primarily used in support of middle market leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, recapitalizations and growth financings. Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets, Charlie spent four years as an Associate Director with One Mezzanine Capital Corporation in Chicago. Prior to joining One Mezzanine Capital Corporation, Charlie and was an associate with Bank One’s High Yield sales and trading group.

Charlie received his MBA from Loyola University and graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing.
