When a client pays you by paper check, you need to put that payment to work as quickly as possible. Remote Deposit from BMO Capital Markets gives you the ability to scan and deposit checks from any location, speeding up your payments processes and reducing float delays.

Simply insert incoming checks into the scanner. The software will capture an image, automatically read the remitter's bank information and indicate any information needed to complete the deposit. The image file automatically goes to the bank for deposit and clearing. When the deposit is complete, you'll have easy access to the status of the deposit as well as data that you can download to your local network.

We offer a choice of set-ups, including a Web interface option that keeps all images and data on our server and requires no software on your PC. The Web version features easy implementation and requires no software updates. Our desktop option uses software on the scanning PC to provide an image and data file on your desktop.
