Available through DirectLine^®, our check imaging module allows you to search, view, download and print images of your processed checks. Check images are added multiple times throughout each day and remain available for a rolling 7 years, allowing you to meet your research, disaster recovery and regulatory requirements. Check images are also available in DirectLine’s Balance Reporting module, allowing you to quickly and easily research items while viewing your Previous Day, Same Day or Multi-Day Reports.

Virtual CD-ROM
Our Virtual CD-ROM service provides you high-quality images of your issued checks digitally stored in an online CD-ROM format providing convenient storage and disaster recovery back-up. The viewing software provides a searchable check MICR data index. Virtual CD-ROM is a great alternative to physical media as your information is delivered quicker, you are easily able to export and download the index or images, and the scheduled delivery allows for scripting so file retrieval can be automated. Depending on your needs, files can be delivered on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. For added convenience, your Account Reconcilement report can be added to the same file.

CD-ROM
Similar to the Virtual CD-ROM, the CD-ROM provides searchable indices, check images and an image viewer but in a physical CD-ROM format. The checks are digitally formatted for convenient storage and disaster recovery back-up. You can easily search, retrieve, download, view and print images of your processed checks at a time convenient to you. Account Reconcilement reports can be added to the CD-ROM to complete your check and reconcilement data.

BULK (XML) Image File
Similar to the Virtual CD-ROM, your payables information and check images are securely and electronically delivered providing you quicker access than physical media. The image file, which does not include an image viewer, is well suited for firms with large numbers of disbursement items that wish to integrate check data into their own internal archives or Accounts Payable systems.

Deposited & Returned Check Image Search
DirectLine’s check imaging module also allows you to search, view, download and print images of deposit tickets; corresponding deposited checks; and returned items, those items charged back to your account. Informed and timely credit decisions are facilitated by access to returned item images on the same day that they are received. Deposits made using our Remote Deposit Capture service and over the counter branch network are accessible and allow you to quickly respond to customer inquiries. Our depository archive maintains a rolling 7 years of images from when the service is initiated and is updated multiple times each day. In addition, receivable images are also available while viewing your DirectLine Previous Day, Same Day or Multi-Day Reports in DirectLine’s Balance Reporting module.

Wholesale Lockbox
Our wholesale lockbox imaging solution provides you online access to images of your business-to-business remittance detail, including checks, invoices, envelopes and other correspondence, on the same day they are processed. You can easily search remittance information using the criteria that makes sense for your business, allowing you to make credit decisions based on the most current information and quickly respond to customer inquiries. Images are accessible using DirectLine, through Bulk XML Image File delivery or on CD-ROM.

Retail Lockbox
Our retail lockbox service provides online access to check and coupon images, as well as check stubs, envelopes and correspondence, for your consumer remittances. Immediate online access to remittance information and images allow quick exception resolution and response to customer inquiries. Image retrieval through Bulk XML Image File delivery or CD-ROM is also available. An additional option allows you to receive images of customer address changes, replies to promotional offers and other customer provided information.

Remote Deposit Capture
With our remote deposit solution, your checks can be deposited from any location, giving you access to your funds quickly, while minimizing manual processing errors. Depositing checks from your desk eliminates trips to a branch or the need to remit via mail or overnight courier. With desktop scanners and intuitive software, paper checks are imaged and funds deposited in one easy process. Deposit information can be easily accessed, including images, and downloaded to your accounts receivable system.
